Just goes to show when the people actually vote on something it's often a very different outcome than the ACLU would have us beleive. Maybe citizens will finally get fed up with select judges making rules for the majority??

The battle to keep the Mount Soledad cross in San Diego aloft, gained some wind in its sails by a vote of the citizenry this week. 75% of San Diegans voted to resist efforts, lead by the ACLU, to have the cross removed. Sin of all sins, the cross is on public property.
The old hymn, At the Cross, begins with, At the cross, at the cross, where I first saw the light Perhaps with this overwhelming demonstration of the will of the people, the next judge who takes up this issue (you dont think the crosss opponents would give up, do you?), will see the light and finally end this attempt to deny Americans their religious heritage.
