With Obama: The only "vacation expense" that is counted is the official trips made by the first family for actual vacations. If Obama made a speech or did fundraising, that doesn't count as vacation. Also, if Michelle and the kids went without Obama, that's not vacation either.

With Trump: Any expense incurred by Trump or his family outside of Washington D.C. is counted as "vacation expense" regardless. Even when he is at his home in Florida, that's "vacation expense" to the libtards.
