Aborting a viable fetus (~23 weeks) without the mother's life in some sort of danger is murder, plain and simple. It is NOT her body, she CARRIES A life and when getting pregnant, she accepts a responsibility no different than the care for a small child. If it was the result of forced rape and the like where the woman does not wish to carry the child as not really hers, simple: abort the fetus with ~5 weeks or so.
