Its a criminal trial. He is charged with a FELONY. it is a criminal, not civil proceeding. You understand the difference, yes?

Do you think arguing in strawmen means anything? I think the judge has a lot of leeway in his court room and that if you don't like it your option is to appeal.Do you think that a judge can do whatever he or she wants even if it's illegal? Yes, or no?
