Texas can arrest and deport

Liberals swore once again this would be a slam dunk in their favor AND it would bolster their false assertions that States Rights will keep Trump off a federal election ballot
I know....all the long winded, peer reviewed, self righteous dissertations spat out with intellectual snicker and condescencion on why the Ballot bans would stay.....all gone in one fel swoop. Lol

You are an idiot racist cracker. Light skinned hispanics and Europeans you racist fucktard piece of shit.
Hispanics are Latino not white but your spastic little rant was amusing and how many whites are coming from Haiti dumbass?

What this forces Teaxs to do, is use state tax payer money for arrest and detain, and it's on their dime to drive, or fly any detained immigrants out of Texas.

Deportation is certainly cheaper than caring for them. I doubt they will build new jails to implement this.

Of which, other countries those planes land in, can be turned around on the tarmac, and sent right back to Texas. Of which those countries can then sue Texas for those costs.
Certainly, they will have clearance if that were to happen.

SB4 says the person will be commanded to return to the country they illegally came from.
This will become a nightmare for Texas politically, economically, socially, as a pariah state around the world.
Really unlikely considering most other countries enforce their borders.
Since Texas got the judgement they wanted. Let them bare the full brunt of that judgement, including having to house, feed, and give medical care to all of these new immigrant prisoners they now have the privilege of arresting and detaining.
The goal is the exact opposite of that.
Texas is getting ready to find out they don't have the resources the federal government does.
All I see is Texas continuing to win.

SCOTUS is wreaking havoc on Biden's fascist, anti-civil rights agenda!
The SC is wreaking havoc on its own established precedent. The TX law is unconstitutional just as AZ's was.

Arizona v. United States is a case decided on June 25, 2012, by the United States Supreme Court holding that states may not implement their own immigration laws. The case concerned Arizona's immigration-related law SB 1070, enacted in 2010. At issue was whether federal immigration law preempts state immigration law.

Let's be honest, the founders never considered that our own Federal government would commit treason by architecting an invasion of millions of illegals while willfully ignoring not just our own immigration laws, but recent immigration acts passed by congress.

The court told the Biden regime to FUCK OFF!! :clap2:
Actually, they told themselves to fudge off.

Ah, one of the Dem traitors speaks. Go suck Biden's ass.

An administrative stay by the 5th circuit. Barret and Kavanaugh add that they are simply not making a final decison now.

Then there are buses at the border attempting to cross into Mexico, of which all of those immigrants that don't have passports, can be denied entry, of which Texas has no enforcement means to make Mexico take them.

It also puts Texas in the position of being held to the law, by not being able to send any immigrants to anyother state. Governors and mayors of any state Texas attempts this should give those immigrants packed lunches after spending the night, and promptly send them back to Texas, and then sue Texas for the costs.

This will become a nightmare for Texas politically, economically, socially, as a pariah state around the world.

Or Joe Biden could fix the border by reinstating the Trump border policies that he did away with and the problem would be solved and Texas wouldn't have to protect itself!

Again, how does this work. You want them to just randomly stop white people and demand what?
Head TX sheriff said tonight on a TV show I'm sure you all watch.......they would get people crossing the river, and with probable cause, upon illegal entry, would arrest them and process them for court action.

Isn't that what Biden is supposed to be doing?

Think of the door they have now opened for a court with a Liberal majority will be able to do. What this court has done is given permission to that new court to erase 100 years of conservatism, and Republicanism.

And erase it will.

First up. The 2nd Amendment.

No, first up, first amendment if the lib cult gets power b
