We'll see what happens in this trial, but if he has it, I would guess he shared it with the prosecution.

What you have so far, without Cohen's testimony...

.... in sworn testimony, is Trump org employees testifying that trump touches everything before it is done, or paid... everything goes through him. Alan Weisselberg the CFO talks to and gets schemes and checks paid through Trump, speaks to Trump on everything. And testimony from David Pecker as well, that Trump knows all and is a micro and macro manager of his finances and company.....

Then you have testimony from employees and Trump Campaign workers about how badly this Stormy Tryst coming out would hurt his campaign with the Access Hollywood tape already a Category 5 hurricane, and Trump acknowledging such to them....

All that, supports Cohen paying Stormy to silence her and Trump in on it.
