Slate Magazine just put 2 and 2 together.
Ken Paxton knows his lawsuit is junk but wants a pardon from Donald Trump for his charges of bribery and abuse of power:
Slate Magazine:
The Supreme Court, however, is not going to take up Paxton’s invitation. It has asked for a response from the four defendant states by 3 p.m. on Thursday; in light of the court’s hasty disposition of similarly laughable complaints, we can safely assume that the justices intend to dispatch this case promptly. Paxton’s suit is shot through with conspiracy theories and constitutional claims with no basis in law. Texas Solicitor General Kyle Hawkins, who typically authors the office’s lawsuits, did not sign on to this one, nor did his deputies; instead, Paxton brought in a “special counsel” from outside the agency. His suit is so ridiculous that it led some commentators to wonder whether the attorney general might have another motive for filing it. Paxton, after all, is reportedly under investigation by the FBI for alleged bribery and abuse of office. Trump, meanwhile, has been distributing pardons to his allies like candy. Paxton’s suit makes more sense as pardon-bait than it does as a legal document. And he may need presidential clemency to escape the federal criminal charges that could be imminent.

Figures. One crook washing the crooked trump rump before they both get rightfully screwed for their showing their ass while in power?

The gullible suckling from the fake media once again. What fools.

Being under investigation from the Obama FBI is a badge of honor.

It isn't illegal to sue a person or state for criminal activity.
This is simply a thinly veiled treat against them for bringing the lawsuit.....and here's the summary for the purpose of the lawsuit:

Oh we've known this ever since this slimy creature crawled out of the swamp to do Donnie's Dirty Deeds. He's a real piece of work and faces new allegations of bribery for those who WORK with him. His bond was probably about to be revoked and hence the pardon play.

If he did....Comey and the rest never would have set him up.
He never would have been impeached.
The Chinese had the goods on half the Democrats that marched into the Senate with articles of impeachment.
Swallwell, Congressman Fart, was diddling a Chinese spy and they knew everything rotten he'd been involved in....so he and the others used that fake Ukranian phone call as grounds to impeach Trump.
Instead of investigating Dianne Feinstein and other Democrats for selling secrets to the Chinese they spent 3 years investigating President Trump.
Then they slow-walked the investigation into the Russian Collusion scandal and refused to indict guilty motherfuckers like Obama and Hillary.
No....motherfucker....this is NOT....Trump's FBI.
Just because he's president....doesn't mean they belong to him.

A Summary of the Texas Election Lawsuit

I read your summary. Seems the biggest problem that this lawsuit identifies is the huge increase in mail in ballots. Would that not to be expected considering the Corona Virus? And I am sorry, but your fatass ignorant leader discouraged his supporters from voting by mail, meanwhile, he himself voted by mail. TRUMP VOTED BY MAIL. So he votes by mail himself, discourages his supporters from voting by mail, and then wants to scream fraud when his supporters listened to him.

Here is the thing. The fat ignorant NPD asshole knew he was going to lose going in to the election. He knew the only way he could clutch on to his position of power is convince some lame brained state legislature, or some ass-kissing immoral judge, to claim the election was riddled with fraud.

And here is the thing. He doesn't want those legislatures or judges to call for a new election. Hell, he would get his ass whooped harder in a new election than in the one in question. No, he wants the mail in votes to be thrown out. The mail in voting that HE DID, but told his supporters not to do, while knowing full well that Democrats were encouraging that activity. I mean HELLO.

I mean I got to tell you. I don't understand it. I watched the Apprentice. Trump was an arrogant asshole with a brain the size of a pea. I don't handle stupid very well, never have. Just hearing him talk could make my head actually hurt. "Beautiful, amazing, wonderful". STFU, do you not know any other adjectives? I mean he is flipping ignorant. I mean there is one sure way to make a fortune. You buy Trump for what he is worth, you sell him for what he thinks he is worth. Holy shit, you just eclipsed Bezos and Gates in net worth.

As a business man he totally sucks ass. How many times has he gone belly up? How many contractors, loan providers, investors, has the fat stupid dick shit? He could have taken Daddy's money, put it in an index fund, and spent the rest of his life chasing porn stars and sailing on yachts, and had more money. What an utter fool.

And believe it or not, the one thing in this world that I do know about is leadership. I am a born leader. I have a degree in leadership, believe it or not. And I have lead teams that have reached the top of the nation in a diverse group of business categories. Trump is no leader. He sucks. I mean he is absolutely terrible. Narcistic to the point of a mental disease, unintelligent to the degree that he doesn't even rate "average", and with a mind that is as closed as any I have ever witnessed. The only people dumber than his ignorant ass is the people that blindly follow him, worship him might be a better word. I mean I would like to think he was the anti-christ, but he is too stupid to be the anti-christ. Satan is far more intelligent than to use a fat ass NPD dickshit as the anti-christ.

Let it go. Move on. Let's throw this NPD asshole on the scrap heap of history and really make America great again. The sooner we get his ignorant ass in the rearview mirror the better off we will all be. I can promise you that. Everyone makes mistakes, this country made a huge mistake in electing him the first time. But mistakes are the most valuable asset any of us has, if we learn from them. Learn from it. Move on. Grow up. We deserve so much better than him.

He is NOT under FBI investigation. Where the fuck did you see that?

Look, dumbfucks. I have already explained it as it was personally explained to me by the very judge (Mark Rusch) who appointed the retired sitting judge presiding over the Paxton case. Some jackass found a technicality on securities violations and has pressed Paxton's prosecution (going on 5 years now) for political reasons only. This is never going to trial. It's bullshit.

BUT EVEN IF IT'S ALL TRUE, NONE of that takes away from the case before the SCOTUS.

Now, let's focus on the ass kicking you commies are about to receive, curtesy of the 12th Amendment.

Read it again:

if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice.
