Teens legal fees ..we all need to chip In

Maybe we should make the cops that shot a man in the back eight times pay for the damage and destruction and pay for the attorney for the kid.
The cops who arrested the kid are questionable to me.

There is very little known about this kid, except that he shot two people fatally and badly wounded another.
Don't really have much to say about this "kid" other than he has thrown his life away for nothing. Trying to make him a hero is a disgrace and may only encourage more lonely disconnected losers to do the same stupid shit.

All we know is that this kid was a trump supporter from out of state who attended a protest, armed with a long gun, violated the city's curfew, and fatally shot two people and badly wounded another. All we know of the people who were shot was that they also were violating the curfew.

We don't know when the picture of the guy hitting him with a skateboard was taken. If it was taken after the kid, who should have known not to bring a gun to a protest, had already shot people, then it is possible that the guy who hit him with the skateboard was trying to apprehend him and hold him for arrest, or at least stop him from shooting more people.

Absolutely no argument that this kid was acting in self-defense can be made at this time.

There was a curfew in effect. Neither BLM supporters, "antifa," nor this kid, nor the white "militia" gangs should have been out. All were violating the curfew.

And i might note that the militia had rooftop counter snipers set up as well.

So the white "militia" gangs had set up rooftop snipers? This might be a crime in addition to their violating the curfew. It sounds like blaming everything on BLM supporters or "antifa" is bullshit. I haven't heard that BLM or "antifa" were armed or set up snipers.

The man who was a violent felon with a knife, who refused to comply with orders, fought through a taser and then reached into his car posing a possible lethal threat?

No. That’s not the central question or even a question. The central question is whether the officers, at that time (not in hindsight), reasonably believed that, when he reached into the car, Blake constituted an imminent threat to them or anyone else in the vicinity.

In Graham v. Connor, 490 U.S. 386, 395-396 (1989), the Supreme Court set out a “reasonableness” standard, rather than a “substantive due process” standard to determine whether a law enforcement officer acted unreasonably. The Court even spelled out the metric for determining reasonableness (emphasis mine):

Because “[t]he test of reasonableness under the Fourth Amendment is not capable of precise definition or mechanical application,” Bell v. Wolfish, 441 U.S. 520, 441 U.S. 559 (1979), however, its proper application requires careful attention to the facts and circumstances of each particular case, including the severity of the crime at issue, whether the suspect poses an immediate threat to the safety of the officers or others, and whether he is actively resisting arrest or attempting to evade arrest by flight. See Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. at 471 U.S. 8-9 (the question is “whether the totality of the circumstances justifie a particular sort of. . . seizure”).
The “reasonableness” of a particular use of force must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, rather than with the 20/20 vision of hindsight. See Terry v. Ohio, supra, at 392 U.S. 20-22. *** The calculus of reasonableness must embody allowance for the fact that police officers are often forced to make split-second judgments — in circumstances that are tense, uncertain, and rapidly evolving — about the amount of force that is necessary in a particular situation.

The standard in America isn’t whether Blake was armed; it’s whether the police reasonably feared that he was going to get a weapon from his car and use it. Moreover, they had to make this call after Blake fought with them, ignored their orders, shrugged off a tasing, and (as this screenshot shows) reached into his car:

Wrong........what we actually saw, so far is a joe biden voter beating the guy when he was on the ground with a skateboard...which is a deadly threat.....after the mob of joe biden voters chased him down the street............

If this serves as a deterrent to future riots, then something good came out of it. These antifa and BLM assholes must be some useless POSs if all they have to do is riot, loot and burn. I'm not sad about this at all.

You just know he was acting the fool and talking shit. It seems there were other armed vigilante types around and no one messed with them. Everything about this points to a dumbass kid going to the protest without a shred of street smarts thinking he could act all big and bad and run his mouth just because he was armed. You should be more selective of your heroes.

A very similar thing happened in Pa. and a State trooper was nearly killed. After a traffic stop, the troopers realized this dude had some outstanding warrants. Trying to cuff the guy, they tased him and did other things but to no avail. The guy finally broke free, ran around the car and reached inside the drivers window, grabbing a gun and shooting the trooper, nearly killing him. After seeing how quickly a situation like that can change, I can no longer second guess a troopers quick reaction and the use of deadly force. These confrontations always include the threat of a deadly attack on police. If you don't want bad shit to happen, listen to the police

He has enough money for a gun he has more than enough for legal fees. No money from me.

The scum bag thug is the one who had arrest warrants , who fought off cops , who ran away from cops and who grabbed a knife

It was self defense and he will win

Is that any reason to chase someone down and try to beat him to death? Because you claim he was acting
all "big and bad"? That's moronic.
That's beneath contempt.

From the videos I just saw this morning, hours after I wrote this post and then went back to bed, it appears that he was being chased after he shot someone, and the skateboard guy, who unfortunately was killed, and others were trying to apprehend him. The audio in one of the videos even picks up a question that somebody shouted as to why he was being chased, and another guy replied that the person being chased had just shot somebody. People also were shouting to arriving police that the guy with his hands up walking toward them had just shot someone, and the police did nothing.

Just as disturbing is the video of the police in armored vehicles, who were announcing that everyone must clear out, just stopped and gave the guys with the guns water, and never told them to clear out as they were violating the curfew even though this was the mission of these officers.

Clearly, there needs to be an in-depth investigation and public hearings to get to the bottom of what actually went on. Rittenhouse's trial will be very interesting.

BTW: The backgrounds of any of the people who were shot are entirely irrelevant to the discussion as the shooter could not have known of them when he pulled the trigger.

I’ll bet he’s sorry now that he didn’t just stay home, have a wank, and go to bed like a normal 17 year old boy.

How shocked are we that 17-year-olds with rifles decided they had to maintain order when no one else would?

and the child, Kyle, led the prisoners out of the darkness imposed by the BLM pied piper racist-pedophiles.

I am guessing this heroic kid has little money
. He will need massive funds to win .
If mark levin or Dr S or Hannity set up a legal fund we all should contribute
American law is all about $$$
We must help this poor kid out
He acted in self defense
Is this about Rittenhouse?

I love gofundme, but they're useless for anybody who is an enemy of the left. I'm glad these folks are.

And yes, he acted in SELF DEFENSE. He even retreated but he was continually attacked with deadly weapons. In the end he'll win this, but itll cost money
