Cruz sucks on a lot of his policy but this is good at face value. My only tweak would be 4 terms in the house. They sit on committees where they are supposed to become experts over the area of oversight. It takes years to become an expert so rotating them out in just 6 years would be problematic especially when members of Congress are campaigning half the time.

That's the other thing that needs to change...campaigning half the time rather than becoming an expert and legislating is bullshit. We shouldnt accept that. We're basically paying them to raise money for themselves so they can collect more of our money again next year. Must remove money from politics and reform the the election and campaign system.
