Probably cheaper to keep production in Moline Illinois.

The last time Trump pulled this shit, Canadians stopped buying American products, while Americans did not and continued to purchase Canadian and Mexican products. YOUR country's trade deficit with Canada and Mexico went UP.

When Trump took office, your trade deficit with Canada was $11 billion. In 2023, under Trump's trade deal with Canada, your trade deficit with Canada increased, although imports from Canada were stable. Canadian imports dropped as Canadian boycotted American imports.

Exports to Canada dropped by $7 billion when Trump imposed tariffs on Canada, in 2018.

Maybe Canada should impose a tax on all Americans crossing the border into Canada on the grounds that half of all illegal guns in Canada, are smuggled in from the USA, due to your lax gun laws.

Why don't you deal with the reasons for your own drug problems, instead of blaming others because you can't stop your own people from needing drugs to deal with their mental challenges.

I gotta wonder how many investment bankers are going to be willing to invest in building new American manufacturing plants knowing that those plants are only viable because of extraordinary tariffs that can disappear at any time. Their success would wholly depend on a huge government interference in the market and defiance of free market principles.

Besides the products manufactured would not be price competitive internationally - they would rely solely on domestic markets.

Doesn't sound like a good investment to me!
