Here is what puzzles me.

Back when Biden was president, he kept all tariffs against us all and imposed very steep tariffs on China. Not a dammed Democrat complained. Trump forced other nations to cut tariffs against us and cut some tariffs against others and no democrat congratulates him.

Biden didn't simply waive his arms and impose "very steep tariffs" on China.
