There's the Fourth Amendment.

Government, as a general rule, doesn't get to get a subpoena, warrant, or other authorization to pry into your private business, unless it can first provide probable cause that doing so will uncover evidence of a crime.

Unless such probable cause exists with regard to Mr. Trump's tax records, they're none of anyone's damn business but his own, and the subpoena is blatantly illegal and unconstitutional, as a violation of Mr. Trump's rights under the Fourth Amendment.
