Supreme Court shows unflinching regard for Trump

The anti-American algorithm responsible for this thread said "Trump" in the title of its propaganda posting when it should have said "constitution".

The Supreme Court Judges of the United States must judge each case on whether or not it is Constitutional, not personal preference. In cases where you see all nine judges, some being appointed by leftist presidents, agree on a case, there is no doubt that there is no doubt whatsoever that the case is Constitutionally valid. When the court isn't in complete agreement, that falls on differing opinions of the Constitution and its Bill of Rights in relation to the case before them.
The President of the United States is the absolute head of the Executive Branch and any federal agency that falls under the purview of the Executive Branch is subject to that branch's decision as to how many personnel work in the agency or whether such agency continues to exist.
You're trying to use logic on a dimocrap scumbag?

:rolleyes: :auiqs.jpg::eek::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg:

They attacked the capitol, numb nuts and sentenced to prison.

Really?

That's what your dear leader claims, Q-NUT.

WTF?
What woman allows perfect strangers to do that?
Not even hookers allow that.

She wasn't forced, moron.
That is Epstein and Trump's thing.

I still don't believe, and never will, that Epstein killed himself.

When you've pissed off CIA, Mossad, MI6, The ISI and the Russians, the likelihood of death by suicide is somewhere near zero.

And getting past some fat, donut-eating, rubber gun toting Rent-A-Cops in a bullshit New Yawk Shitty Jail isn't even going to slow any one of those agencies down. Not even a speed bump.

The Jail Video is where, again? :auiqs.jpg:

Only a very naive person would believe the 'suicide' bullshit

Hilarious you think that's what's happening!
Sad that you don't understand that's what happening. THen again, virtually all of your posts these days are driven by hate and emotion.

“Ever since Chief Justice John Roberts swore in Donald Trump at the US Capitol January 20 – with the eight other Supreme Court justices looking on – the question has been whether they would restrain a president who vowed to upend the constitutional order.

The answer, a half-year later, is no.

That was underscored this month by the court’s decisions allowing Trump to fire another set of independent regulators, to dismantle the Department of Education and to deport migrants to dangerous countries where they have no citizenship or connection.

Meanwhile, the fissures among the nine have deepened. They have condemned each other in written opinions and revealed the personal strains in public appearances.”

The Court’s codification of unitary executive dogma was one of its worst, most destructive, decisions.
But, hasn't the scouts handed trump defeat on several issues?

I’m not a Q-Anon adherent, either. You speak a lot of shit which you obviously just make up as to compost each of your mindless drivel posts.
Like your dear leader,
I don’t have a dear leader. Maybe you do. Pretty pathetic of you.
IGNORE the TRUTH.
Now you’re just projecting. I am the one who speaks the truth. You lie ceaselessly.

I don’t. Never have. Never will. And, again, you saying something and it being truthful are worlds apart.

Joan Biskupic, CNN's Chief Supreme Court Analyst, is known for her in-depth coverage of the Supreme Court and has written several books on the topic, including "Nine Black Robes: Inside the Supreme Court's Drive to the Right". While she is a respected journalist, some critics accuse her of having a liberal bias in her analysis, particularly when covering conservative-leaning decisions.
