The Court’s codification of unitary executive dogma was one of its worst, most destructive, decisions.
They are all cut from the same Federalist Society cloth. They are ideologues in robes, and they are actively supporting a counter-revolution that intends to upend and reverse all of the progress going back to the end of the 19th Century.
