Still think this isn't fascism?

Wrong.
The Palestinians are the native land owners and the Zionists are Turkic Polish and Russian invaders who never paid for the homes they stole.

The Nazis were anti-socialists who wanted to ensure the wealthy elite kept their monopolies.

Commies and Nazis are polar opposites.

The Iroquois Confederacy heavily influenced the development of the United States in 3 major ways. From the mid 17th century the British Colonists would trade on the Hudson river with the Iroquois Confederacy. It was not uncommon to see bands of Mohawk warriors escorting canoes of goods to be sold at the markets of New England.

There are 3 ways in which the Iroquois Confederacy influenced the early development of the United States. First, the Iroquois Confederacy had 3 branches of government with checks and balances. Second, the Iroquois Confederacy created a model for the U.S Articles of Confederation. Third, the Iroquois Confederacy built a government that allowed rapid expansion which the U.S drew inspiration from.

One of the main ways in which the Iroquois Confederacy influenced the development of the United States was by having a 3 branch system of government with built in checks and balances.

The first branch of the Iroquois Confederacy was the elective chiefs which served for a life term. These chiefs would be elected from each individual clan within the 6 nations. After this the chiefs would be trained from an early age on how to effectively govern.

The chiefs would then be housed at the Great Council where they would judge upon legislation and actions in the name of their clan. As a rule each chief was allowed to speak his mind and all the other chiefs had to listen. Once the chiefs came up with a piece of legislation it would be sent back to their clan to vote.

The second branch of government was the legislative. In order for a law to be passed in the Iroquois Confederacy it needed to be voted into law. 75% of the men and 75% of the women would have to vote the legislation into law. After this a law could only be repealed if it received 75% of the votes of the Women in the clans. Further, in order to alter the confederacy itself it required a double supermajority vote.

This created a grid iron system of checks and balances. However, what would happen if the chiefs abused their power? Then the third branch would remove them.

The third branch of the Iroquois Confederacy was a judicial branch. The mothers of each clan could dispose of the chief if they abused their power. This was done through a ritual ceremony called “knocking off the horns” where the mother of the clan would remove the deer antlers on the chief’s headdress which signified leadership.

As we can see the Iroquois Confederacy had a system of government that is similar to the modern United States. The Iroquois Confederacy is between 300-600 years older than the United States.

As such this remains one of the main ways that the Iroquois Confederacy Influenced the U.S.

Without further ado, here are the 3 ways the Iroquois Confederacy Influenced The U.S.

Look at you defending Mussolini, the man that coined the term... Fascist.

Did that hole!

First of all, I am NOT "defending" Mussolini at all in any way.
Second is that he clearly was NOT a socialist.
He tried to gain power in the socialist party since that was popular and easy.
But then he got "kicked out", so he had to find a different power group, and he picked the wealthy elite and the fascists.

3 Ways The Iroquois Confederacy Influenced The U.S
Well that's pretty neat, and I was just about to slam the **** outta you. But now I don't know.
The way this country runs is influenced by Native Americans. They are a part of us. It's our history.

Rush Limbaugh makes no sense because the native language in the US would Navaho.
English is only spoken by the illegal European invaders who have no right to be here.
I'm sorry, where did the NON-native Americans come from across the land bridge during the last ice age?

There is more at the link and other places.
But I already pasted more than most people want to bother with.
For example, the "Join of Die" colonial snake segments flag was originally the Iroquois Federation flag slightly altered for 13 colonies instead of the original 6 Iroquois nations.

We all came from Africa less than 100,000 years ago.
But the point is the Native Americans were here first, there was no one else here at that time, so it is theirs.
They could sell it to us, but we could not take it by murdering 9 million out the 10 million of them.
Deliberately infecting them with smallpox was bad enough, but then we tried to starve them to death by wiping out the Buffalo.

Right, Asians migrated here. Then these Asian immigrants spent several thousand years killing each other in wars over who owns the land. Then we came over from Europe and put a stop to it.

Your figures are mythology much like the claim of spreading smallpox

As usual, and true to form of regressives, the 'user name' who wrote the OP omitted over half the memorandum and failed to citation with a link to the actual document. *

5. Prioritizing Denaturalization
The Department of Justice may institute civil proceedings to revoke a person’s United States
citizenship if an individual either “illegally procured” naturalization or procured naturalization
by “concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation.” 8 U.S.C. § 1451(a). The
benefits of civil denaturalization include the government’s ability to revoke the citizenship of
individuals who engaged in the commission of war crimes, extrajudicial killings, or other serious
human rights abuses; to remove naturalized criminals, gang members, or, indeed, any individuals
convicted of crimes who pose an ongoing threat to the United States; and to prevent convicted
terrorists from returning to U.S. soil or traveling internationally on a U.S. passport. At a
fundamental level, it also supports the overall integrity of the naturalization program by ensuring
that those who unlawfully procured citizenship, including those who obtained it through fraud or
concealment of material information, do not maintain the benefits of the unlawful procurement.
....

Like most Lefturds, 'creepy-ass' can't be honest nor intelligently read and understand the material "it" presents and distorts.

* When 'creepy ass' isn't being dumb and illiterate, as in the OP here, "it" tends to just be a plain liar.
** 130 + posts and no one could find and present the full four page document that 'Crepitus' distorted and lied about ???

That is the point.
Doing something illegal in a republic, means harming someone else.
Since immigrants harm no one, then they are not doing anything illegal by basic principles.
When you make draconian dictates, like Prohibition, the war on drugs, immigration restrictions, etc., that is fascism.
It is no longer a republic, but the dictates of the wealthy elite, oligarchs.
Coming here illegally is actually — illegal

Stop taking legal advice from Ketanji

Wrong.
The law actually says that Mexicans are natives so are supposed to have free movement anywhere in the Americas.
The law also protects those with citizens spouses or children.

The reality is that most US citizens actually are descendants of European invaders who murdered natives, and should not be allowed to be here at all.

Feels.

They are giving themselves carte blanche to deport any legal immigrant they don't like for any reason or none at all.

YOu should know why that is bad, but many of you will pretend you don't.

What's most surprising to me is how easily trump's minions identified so many people brought in to the regime who are willing to participate in what are fundamentally anti-American, anti-democratic policies. I call these people the deep state. People who always had autocratic impulses but never had the opportunity to so fully express them until a racist bigot rose to power.

It’s very much fascism – Trump’s immigration agenda is motivated by racism, bigotry, and hate, seeking to lawlessly remove immigrants of color regardless their immigration state – including those who have committed no crimes.

People who always had autocratic impulses but never had the opportunity to so fully express them until a racist bigot rose to power.
Correct – those people of course being conservatives, Republicans, and others on the right; for well over 50 years the GOP has pursued a fundamentally fascist agenda fully expressed and implemented the consequence of Trump’s fascist regime.

There's another dynamic going on IMO. Bigotry lies at the core of what trump is doing. If you've ever watched Stephen Miller speak about immigration it comes thru loud and clear.

But there's a dynamic that's part of the trump regime found in all authoritarian movements. The demonization of "the other." Authoritarian regimes often blame specific groups for societal problems, diverting attention from the real causes and creating a common enemy for, in this case, Dotard's minions to unite against.

Wrong.
The history of denaturalization was for political reasons only.
{...
Evidence?
Denaturalization is a tactic that was heavily used during the McCarthy era of the late 1940s and the early 1950s
...}
Evidence?
And conviction for a crime is not sufficiently valid since innocents are still convicted about 10% of the time.
Evidence?
Think about what you are actually suggesting, since historically the main groups of people denaturalization was used on were Italians and Irish.
Perfectly innocent Italians and Irish who were minding their own business when suddenly they were denaturalized? That's terrible!

Evidence?
