The state is filled with idiots, assholes, foreign trash and bums. Maybe 5% of the people there are actually smart, skilled people, the rest of them are actors, wine and produce growers, and a whole lot of street people. The standard of living is high only for the rich, but very low for the rest of them and the state is billions of dollars in debt.

Most of those leaving are cashing out on their home equity retirees, not productive workers.

1. That's not a measure of IQ. They just guessed at IQ's from non-IQ standardized tests given in English. Says so right on the website you ripped that off of and didn't cite.
2. California has one of the biggest economies in the world and one of the most diverse.
   1. They are #1 state in manufacturing
   2. They are #1 in food production
   3. They are #1 in Aerospace industry
   4. #1 in semi-conductors
   5. #1 in AI
   6. #1 in the U.S. for tech production, innovation, and talent
   7. #1 in new business formations and Fortune 500 companies.
   8. #1 for investments and establishments in medical devices
   9. #1 in Tourism
   10. #1 in entertainment industry

Nationally that is a problem yes. It's worse in red states but persistent in all states. Nothing being done by the current administration is helping the middle class or working class - just the opposite actually. Tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations lead to more wealth consolidation.
