This is pretty disturbing. Apparently there are some severe shortages about the ships in the middle east. They've already got major moral issues with troops being skeptical of the justification for this war and this is gonna make it much, much, worse.

Hold it. You were just whining that they were chowing down on steak and lobster.

Nope. That didn't go to troops.
Oh that's right, I forgot. Hegseth chowed down $7M worth of lobster himself.

Do you actually read these things before you post them, just to see how absurd you sound? Or you don't care?

And of course you would deny it.
a carrier is like a small city crep....you think a couple thousand guys are going to eat every day what was shown on that picture you showed?...you cant be that stupid...

You're a ******* dumbass.

The Navy eats very well. The Navy debunked that fake news, moron.

Your abject stupidity and hatred of America makes you extrordinarily susceptible to being fooled by this type of fake news.

Eat shit and die, moron.

This I know. If there is a problem, the military will fix it immediately if not sooner.

The controversy began with USA Today publishing anonymous service member photos of small meal portions, which spread widely on social media and were described as "dismal" by advocacy groups. While Snopes could not verify the images' authenticity, the Navy and Pentagon have treated the narrative seriously, with two four-star admirals publicly addressing it. The dispute underscores the challenge of balancing operational messaging with service member morale during high-stakes deployments. Snopes + 1

No excuses needed
We know you will end up losing
It's your one party trick .

P.S. Tehran apologises for crippling two of your Carriers .
But , as they said , Needs were met .

ANYHOW, THE SCRIPTWRITERS CAME UP WITH SOME LOVELY COVER STORIES WHICH SOME MUNCHERS ACTUALLY BELIEVED .
The one about the broken toilet system on the Gerald R Ford was absolutely hilarious .
Monty Python rules again

Robert W is right in his assessment. Having worked with brass, most of them are very concerned about sleeping arrangements, hygiene, and food for the enlisted and other ranks. I knew one general who did not give a damn. He converted a NCO library to an junior officers club to get them out of the Field Grade and above O club. Four nights later it burned down.
