What we really need to do is to double our support of Ukraine, and lend Ukraine the use of a couple of divisions of Marines.

I have a better idea, why don't we start sending a few divisions of soldiers over there combined with some of our top weapons and start spilling American blood and money fighting to save an evil regime in some small shitcan country we don't even have a treaty with in violation of our original NATO treaty which is what started this whole conflict in the first place, pull Zelenskyy's ass out of the dumper all at our expense and deliver him freedom on a platter from the soviet country he once was a long part of, you know, just because are such nice guys with nothing better to do and hope it doesn't escalate into a nuclear conflict or conflagrate into a really big war?

But not immediately. It takes time to bite, chew and actually digest. The USA still didn't actually assimilated former Confederacy and Russian occupation of former Ukraine will keep them busy for years. What is even more important - European war (with US neutrality) will change world's political landscape drastically. Who knows, may be in 2035 the USA will need Russian support to fight against Germany, or Japan, or China or whoever else?
