correct me if i'm off Admiral, but how does a parent know how well his/her child has done in HS?

Most people refer to it as a report card and there is no reason a parent can't pay to have the kid take the tests if they want to go to college.

If your child is regularly getting Cs and Ds, that it a pretty good indication that your child is simply a dumbass or incredibly lazy. If they fail, you know for certain.
