You have to ask yourself why does Trump brag about passing these tests? Doesn’t that dolt realize these tests are given to the mentally diminished. The fact that Trump brags about passing the Montreal Cognitive Asessment Test exam shows he has diminished capacity.

Literally bragging that you passed the cognitive test is like bragging that you can draw a clock and identify an elephant. This is the low bar that Trump thinks makes him a Mensa candidate.
