They are an educated country. We elected Trump.South Korea has been the model most of the world should have followed from the start. By the end of Jan they were preparing for the virus by mass producing PPE gear, testing kits and developing a contact tracing program. The result of them doing that instead of waiting till the end of March like the US is a death rate 13 times lower than ours.
