Sony Sonic Stage Mini Walkman: Anyone own one?

I just bought one of these things the other day, and like it a lot. The only problem is that I can't fit more than 80 min worth of music on the little disk when it's supposed to hold 5 hours. I've tried converting the file formats, but nothing seems to work. The directions are very limited, and I'm coming very close to returning it. HELP!
