Someone wants to use the 14th Amendment to fix the 2024 election for Dems.

No. Wrong. Nope.

Nice attempt to link valid concerns about election security with bullshit.

The 2020 Election was one of most secure Presidential Elections in history. Even P01135809's Chief of Cyber Security Chris Krebs admitted it was secure. P01135809 fired him for not falling into line with lies P01135809 was spreading a "Rigged" Election.

There is no concrete/confirmed/solid/valid evidence of wide spread Election Fraud. I do not include the phone calls by P01135809 made Georgia Governor Kemp and Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger "To find 11,800 Votes". In those calls, P01135809 was asking them to committ Electon Fraud.

Nor did "Cyber Injias" find any clear evidence of Election Fraud in Maricopa County Arizona.

Over 60+Lawsuits were filed alleging Election Fraud and over 60+Lawsuits were tossed for any firm evidence of Election Fraud. Even judges who were appointed by P01135809 ruled against him.

Ghouli was fined $148,000,000.00 for accusing Georgia Election Workers Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman for improply handling of Election Ballots at their polling station.

All YOU have is second and third hand hearsay, which NOT evidence. You have nothing and know you have nothing. Right now all you are doing is looking a narrative to fit what you believe and it ain't there.

The 2020 election is the most reviewed, challanged, researched and validated election in U.S. history. There was not very much cheating. And the cheating that was found was committed by both parties.

Wait until 2024. Then we will get "Well ballot harvesting really isn't cheating"

Ok. Prove Trump engaged in an insurrection or rebellion. Everyone is entitled to due process.
Easy Peasy. Demanding Pence claim an unconstitutional power and illegally reject valid and certified EC votes is at very least a rebellion against the Constitution.

“I think it’s important that the American people know what happened in the days before January 6,” Pence said. “President Trump demanded that I use my authority as vice president presiding over the count of the Electoral College to essentially overturn the election by returning or literally rejecting votes. I had no authority to do that.”

It has to be decided before a Jury if you intend to deprive the accused of Life, Liberty, or Property. Does Trump die if he isn’t on the ballot? Is he secured in a cell in a prison? Does he have his bank accounts seized? No.

Look at it this way. Let’s say you get an application for a Top Secret Clearance. The individual does not qualify. Nobody owes him a TS clearance. Nobody has to go to court to deny him one. He is untrustworthy and denied the opportunity that is all.

Running for office is the same sort of thing. Nobody owes Trump the Presidency. Or even the opportunity. It is, like a TS clearance, an honor. A privilege. It is not a right.

If he is an insurrectionist, he has to be convicted of insurrection, barring some evidence of secession or serving in a secessionist government or military.

That was the standard used after the civil war.

The thing is what you are really trying to do is deprive the people who want to vote for him the right to vote for him.

Read the 14th. Amendement. P01135809 DOES NOT HAVE TO CONVICTED OF INSURRECTION. You seem to ignore that fact.

He sure as hell does, because he wasn't a Confederate, which was the qualifier used at the time.

So any judge can declare any person an insurrectionist because they fucking feel like it? That's the standard you want?

And you seem to assume something that has never been argued before the Supreme Court. Yet.

There is no Constitutional requirement for P01135809 to have convicted of Isurrection. The that you continue to ingore that fact and instead engage in homosexual slurs demonstrate how desparate you truly are.

Ok. Now say that under oath in a court of law. You guys still don't get it.

Not for the 14th Amendment. There's precedence.

The last couple pages of this thread have been cleaned. A couple of you were sent warnings. If off topic and trolling comments continue, you will find yourselves thread banned and very possibly the winners of a temp ban. Are petty word wars really worth that?

When did President Trump put on a Confederate uniform? You guys are still trying to turn it protest into an insurrection. Not working with the American people.

Expediting Jack Smith's damning case against the Trumpybear would do that, but a conviction is not required by the Amendment to be disqualified from office.

The dumb fuck Trumpyberra did it to himself. “Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done.” Jan 6th tweet......

The protest ended when they breached the police barricades. It became a riot when the trump rioters demanding access to the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and to hang Mike Pence for not performing the unconstitutional act Trump demanded of him, it became Trump's rebellion and an Trump's insurrection.

Where?

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
