Solar panels and sheep

I just stopped global warming; I left my freezer open!

In the real world, moving energy from A > B,
doesn't cool the planet. Even if you only get your "empirical evidence" from A.
Especially when the solar panels reflect so much less energy back to space than
the Earth's surface.

You had me going there for a second, a bit too much of SSDD idiocy in your posts.
Except the empirical evidence show the planet is warming naturally. Empirical evidence is awesome.

Meanwhile the fool ignores past colossal failures such as Solyndra which still failed despite a $500,000,000 guarantee loan.

Here is a helpful list of the many bankruptcies he will ignore:

Probably a case of -

Get in

Get the subsidy

Cream it off

Bankrupt the company

If you don't understand that most electricity ends up as waste heat,
you may as well be abu.

When you can accurately state what I have argued then we can talk.

You think moving energy from a solar panel to a household will cool the
planet and tip us into a new ice age. Empirical evidence you said.

I didn’t think you would state the basis of my belief honestly.

I have. Many times.

Then there's the small problem of any solar radiation that is converted into electricity is solar radiation that does not warm the surface of the planet. Not a particularly good idea in the middle of an ice age.

When the electricity is converted into heat, the ice age is averted.

Reasons why widespread use of solar power to replace fossil fuels for electricity generation will cause a cooling effect.

Any photons converted into electricity are photons that do not strike the surface of the planet and produce heat and will result in a localized cooling effect.

Replacing fossil fuels with solar power does not cause an increase in waste heat. It causes a reduction in waste heat.

Waste heat does not heat the surface of the planet like photons do.

Your original claim didn't mention replacement.

Is heating from electricity less than heating from the original photon hitting the surface?

Why?

Waste heat does not heat the surface of the planet like photons do.

Is that the First Law, the Second Law or the Third Law of Thermodynamics?

Do you believe replacing fossil fuels with solar power increases waste heat or reduces waste heat?
