So explain to me again why the Dems now want to assassinate Schumer?

Nah...it's not that simple.
Yes, it is that simple.

Which is precisely why you're saying such embarrassingly stupid shit, right now. It's a well known psychological phenomenon.

You see this as a significant event, and the fact that it has only a mundane cause doesn't sit well, in your lizard brain. So your lizard brain makes you do these weird gymnastics and say dumb shit.

We are all susceptible to this. Being aware of it is the first step.

I just don't get it. Eight Senators explained to him what they were going to do....they didn't ask his permission....

Could he have prevented them from voting?
I don't think so.

What was he supposed to do? Threaten them?

How does this become his failing???

Anyone??

Gee, I always thought that Senators and Congresspersons were independent thinkers and answered to their constituents the to their Party.
Democrats Congresspersons appear to answer to the Party first and must think as they are told to think. Constituents come in last.
Proof in the pudding is the last 35 day plus of the gov't shutdown.
Democrats politicians feasted while the people were virtually abandoned. Air Controllers going without pay asked to keep our planes flying and needy people on SNAP going without food for weeks.. Definitely not winning issues...

Don't be a fool.....

This guy didn't just spring up from the mushroom garden.

New York being populated with human hellgrammites doesn't help either.

I'm not saying he cheated but I don't buy that he's a sudden phenom.

Do try to avoid grade school posting jabs...
I mean dude....the only well known phenom here is your propensity for pubescent grammatical
Theatrics.

He is/was the leader of their caucus. Their caucus fractured and caved to the "enemy" The leader must be held accountable.

I'm not. You are. And I told you precisely why.

That's why you are making up a new fantasy every time you open your mouth. Each one is as absurd as the last, but you will keep going.

Until you make the effort to train your own mind against this well understood psychological phenomenon.

If you think making up yet another hilarious fantasy for which you have not a shred of evidence bolsters your position... welp, that's right in line with what I am saying.

He won the primary because voters preferred him and his ideas over Cuomo or Adams. What about that is so hard to accept, given the political pasts of both men? Nothing, that's what. And then it was all over. The general election was basically a given, at that point. Cuomo merely ran out of spite in hopes of spoiling the chances of the guy who mopped the floor with him.

After that shellacking Trump's endorsed candidates took last week one would think you MAGAt roaches would have learned a lesson.
See? This tone deafness is the reason you can't win elections anymore. :auiqs.jpg:
I know you're not the sharpest tool in the shed, Mike but surely even YOU can grasp that wins in heavily Democratic districts doesn't mean the Democrats are on the come! What is your party running on? Other than hating Trump?

You are indeed a fool....

Regardless of what he won or why
His meteoric rise is far from self made....
This is not a fantasy statement.

There is nothing hard to accept...kindly keep your ADHD strawnen to yourself. If you can't debate with the real it won't help you to construct imaginary attrubutions. Unfortunately that is your major operator...and as far as I know of you always has been.

You are gaslighting. These were projected to be clise races but instead Trump endorsed candidates all got trounced nationwide. It wasn't just Jersey, New York, and Virginia either.
Even Ted Cruz disagrees with you.

Primal rituals.....it fits them.

Trump won Pennsylvania just 1 year ago:

Pennsylvania Supreme Court: Democrats Hold All Incumbent Seats

Democrats secured all three Pennsylvania Supreme Court seats up for retention, preserving their 5-2 advantage.

The court holds major sway over state-level disputes such as voting access and abortion rights, amplifying the importance of this result in a key swing state.
............................................

The State of Mississippi successfully undid Republican rigging of its Statehouse:

Mississippi Legislature: Democrats Gain Seats Following Redistricting

Benefiting from court-ordered special elections and redistricting, Democrats picked up several seats in both the Mississippi House and Senate.

According to the Magnolia Tribune, Democrats took two Republican seats in the Mississippi Senate, breaking the Republican supermajority, and also picked up one seat in the House.
...............................................

Connecticut was interesting.

Connecticut Mayoral Elections: Democrats Flip Key Cities

In unofficial results, Democrats also logged major wins in Connecticut, flipping mayoralties in Stratford, Milford, and New Britain—areas previously held by Republicans.
...........................................

And New Jersey...

New Jersey Assembly: Democrats Gain Supermajority

Democrats flipped at least three seats in the New Jersey assembly to gain a supermajority for the first time since 2019.

Dems want schumer gone, but not only him, they want a bunch of senators gone. They think there were actually a LOT more that supported the deal, bit didn't vote. They just got the 8 that were either retiring or weren't up for election til 2028 to be the "scale goats", but that they believe there were actually a lot more who supported it, so they want them gone too..

So basically they are about to rip themselves apart.

My question is was Alexandria clever enough to push Chuck into the shutdown, knowing that it would result in an inevitable loss for him, leaving his seat wide open for challenge?

If so, my hat is off to her and not just to get a better look at that big Latina, b****.
She is dumb as a box of rocks.

Chuckie got his ass reamed when he agreed to the last CR, he was not going to repeat that come hell or high water.

Like, nearly every candidate..? So what? You're saying he had help? Yeah, he did... also from people, who were also voters , who preferred him and his ideas over those of Adams or Cuomo.

And? That isn't nefarious. You're chasing your tail.

Mamdani said things people wanted to hear. The fact that people liked it is not a comment on Mamdani or on some nefarious shadow actors. It's a comment on the current state of the K-shaped economy we have endured for 40 years.

I often hear a bizarre, abjectly oblivious talking point: "Well, if THEY were homeowners or had any skin in the game, they wouldn't support any of this stuff!"

NO SHIT, GENIUSES

When y'all ran headfirst into the point, without realizing it... did it hurt?

We don't need any of this conspiracy nonsense to explain anything that has happened, here.

I think what the Democrats are dealing with now is an uprising from the masses. Young people are pissed off. Why? Well, because young people are always pissed off. Or stoned. And they've been taught by the university professors that America is a Bad Place and racist and all that crap.
But there's no question that some of their complaints are real: they can't afford to buy a house like their parents could. And that's very real. So they resort to radical solutions: Communism, where everybody is guaranteed housing!!! What could possibly go wrong?
So the Schumers, old and tired and in office FAR too long, are getting kicked aside the AOCs are ascendent, promising excitement and free things and change and blah, blah, blah.
The Democrat Party is in deep trouble. They're morphing into a Communist Party rather quickly. A few have noticed - RFK, Jr and Tulsi Gabbard, for instance - and have left the sick party and joined the rational one. Let's hope a whole lot more Democrats realize what's happening and either fight for control over the Communists or leave and join the GOP.

You are now conversing with yourself....
Don't let me interrupt you ...

You will find yourself a very accommodating
Opponent..I am quite sure.

I directly addressed your only point: unknown shadow forces getting Mamdani elected.

I tried to explain both why it is nonsense and why it isn't needed to explain anything at all.

Sometimes, a smilin' brown guy manages to do what people like JD Vance do, in their sphere of whiteboy affirmative action.

There's no need to lose our minds and to start weaving tales of fantasy, in order to explain it.
