The Constitution clearly states in the Second Amendment "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED". No such wording applies to voting.

Most Americans support requiring photo ID to vote. Democrats in Congress reject it.

As Republicans highlight the most popular policy in the SAVE America Act, Democrats say its other provisions would disenfranchise U.S. citizens and that photo ID rules are unnecessary.
