So a Chinese guy cant own an app in the US but China the country owns 380K acres of farmland in the US. Well that makes sense to the left.

Because I do not want a foreign power having control of our food production real estate.

Too bad. The problem is, they still have to sell it on the same market. China owns only about 1% of foreign owned land, and foreign owned land is only 3.4% of all farmland owned. A third of foreign owned land is owned by Canada.

No... in broad daylight, when it suits them... ditto for the profits.

Too bad. If they are willing to invest in our impoverished rural communities, that's actually a good thing.

Of course, these dumb rural inbreds won't ever appreciate it.

Not for long, unless I've missed my guess about all this... always possible, but given the Newly-Emerged Trend...
Guy, if I were taking long term bets, I'd bet on China.

A country that is stupid enough to make Trump President, TWICE, really isn't long for this world.

Well of course you are bias after what you told us about your wife, so nothing you say in regards to China is to be taken seriously.

Quite the contrary... it means I have a perspective on Chinese culture that you don't have.
The perspective has to be right before it's value can be determined. So far you are at a negative.

Your argument is that being pissed ignorant about China and Chinese people somehow makes you qualified.

I think the operative word is Báichī!
Most don't have to marry a Chinese to get an understanding of the world concerning Asian politics and it's impact on America. If you think that you are wiser because of your bias based on your edge that you think that you have, then I feel sorry for you.

Oh, quite the contrary, before I got married, I thought I understood Chinese culture pretty well.

I wasn't even close.

This is why I see all you guys browning your shorts over the Nine-Dash line, and I find it laughable.

You might be part of an alleged sell out of this nation maybe, but it sure as heck doesn't mean that we have to join in with it. What's next Joe, maybe the mark to show loyalty ?

Isn't that what a MAGA hat is?

A MAGA hat made in China, which is the ultimate irony.

As if you have a point when you know good and well that your homie Bill Clinton and his Democrats set it all up with NAFTA.

Yeah Trump and every business in America had to deal with the card's they were given, but the culprits were in our government in the beginning.

Trump renegotiated NAFTA in his last term. He could have killed it. Now he just wants to renege on a treaty HE signed.

So you want Covid 2 ? Banishing China from being a fair trading partner under stricter conditions is the best way to enrage and isolate China, there by in such a move it would push them into the arms of Russia even deeper. Wake up you knucklehead.

What does reneging on NAFTA have to do with China?

why does it not surprise me youre siding with a hostile foreign country over the USA

25% of foreign investment in U.S. residential real estate was made by Chinese

In 2018, Chinese accounted for roughly 25% of foreign investment in the U.S. Residential real estate. In fact, Chinese investors have been the biggest buyers of U.S. residential properties for six consecutive years. But what will be the consequence of this trade tension between the U.S. and China, in the real estate sector?

Chinese invested big in U.S. residential real estate during 2018

Why did Trump let this happen?

Take a look at what else happened in 2018:

China Contributing $500 Million to Trump-Linked Project in Indonesia

The CCP also rented space in Trump Tower, and left after his first term ended.

YOu realize NAFTA doesn't have anything to do with China, right?

Or that Trump's replacement was pretty much the same thing.

Trump's a fucking Billionaire, supposedly, he could have found an American firm to make his Nazi hats.

China is also a trading partner, and we just have to have a more transparent relationship in all things traded with them. No more of our trading partners finding crooked individuals in this country to work with in ways that undercut us, and bypass federal trade laws etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

Guy, this is where you listen to Cheeto Hitler too much, who always whines about being "cheated" when he's the one with a long history of fraud.

China makes cheap products. That's why rich guys like Trump go there to have stuff made.
