Watched this engrossing interview and Mr. Buchanan made a point that I absolutely agree with in regards to the Comey firing. After 10 months, Trump deserves the public support of the FBI Director that exonerates Trump personally from involvement. The investigation into others can go on, but he should expect that the FBI would have his back in this regard if he is innocent so that he doesn't have to remain in the shadow of this investigation.
As Buchanan said, otherwise it continues to be dragged out, run through the media and it becomes political, whether the Director wants it to or not. As Mr. Buchanan said "during Watergate after 10 months we have people in jail!" Suggesting that the investigation has been going on for too long.
A very strong statement that suggests that this has dragged on for far too long with no evidence to speak of. It's not fair to the administration and it's not fair to Americans. Especially considering that Comey publicly exonerated Clinton, which angered many professional FBI agents.
