She is not a foreigner. She is bilingual, like many in California, Texas, and the Southwest-including many of the fans at the game.
Spanish is not a foreign language, any more than English, Cajun French, or low German in Central Texas.

I really don't understand why these venues hire questionalbe people who can't be trusted to do what you pay them for (even if unpaid), knowing these people would rather make political statements instead. I don't see a problem with it being sung in another language since people from all over the world are living here.
