I drew the circle to focus on the topic at hand. I submitted the graphic in response to the good Sarge's suggestion that Blacks are committing most of the crime in those "shit stain" cities. Table 55A shows that it is whites committing most of the crime in Metropolitan counties which includes cities. But since you mentioned it Blacks committed fewer murders than Whites in Metro Counties too. Here is the unmarked table:
