“Most of these are simple human error, not crimes — in several examples throughout the state we have found election workers making inadvertent errors that would have given more votes to the candidate of the opposite party.”

The picture used in the story looks like a forensic examination of a ballot - not merely handling it to feed it into the tabulator.

It should be a good trial where they describe all of the schemes and show where they occurred and how they add up. I'm thinking that the Biden Campaign went so far as to plant some fraudulent ballots for Trump in Red states that were described before the election as being apt to go Blue, like Texas.

A Lunaphile sounding Loony.

My favorite in that link was the Trump campaign's claim of "10,000" voter irregularities in NV.

But when asked for proof of it in court, they could only find one woman, who turned out to have screwed up her own vote.

Of course there's going to be human error. There were 150,000,000 ballots. It would be ridiculous to claim there wouldn't be.

If there is fraud, bring it to court.

But thus far, almost all of the claims from Trump have been thrown out.

Wow. Trump's lawsuits are getting shot down quickly. What a waste.
But it's amusing to watch the growing irritation and rage of his supporters.

Why is it a waste ?

If they get people feeling good about things....we can move past the election....

....and onto fucking up Biden and you assholes at every turn.

Yeah, I'm just raging away.
Actually I'm trying to make some time to do some Salmon fishing in Lake CDA.

The judge can sit on a bench and express an opinion, but judges are not enforcers, and it's not the judge's position to enforce the opinion of the court. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tells us to prepare for a smooth transition to Trump's second term in office.
Mike Pompeo --- as a government official presumably on good information and true to his word --- obviously disagrees with the "outcome" of the election as "called" by the mainstream media or leftist liberal/reform Jewish press. Michael Bloomberg, Rupert Murdoch, Thomas Steyer, George Soros, I mean. Liberal or Reform Jews, not exactly conservative or Orthodox like Laura Loomer. A strange world where everyone is Jewish, and lightning accusations of anti-Semitism shut other opinions out just like that at the drop of a hat.

And of course, Democrats never pulled that trick before, because Democrats are honest, and are able to recognize corruption, because they . . .

She was probably a Democrat operative commissioned to report false claim to overwhelm the investigation response.

Simple human errors that the advantage always goes to a democrat.

That's the strongest proof, right there.

Honest errors, you'd expect to go about evenly in every direction. Remember all the recounts in Florida in 2000, and all the arguments about different ways to try to interpret any ballot where the voter's intent was at all ambiguous? They tried every possible different way to interpret those ballots, and after recount after recount after recount, the outcome was always the same—a very slight lead for Bush over Gore. Whatever errors or ambiguities may have existed, what the experience proved is that none of them gave an advantage to one candidate over the other. That is exactly what you should expect, if there's no intentional cheating going on.

What we are seeing now, with irregularities that are overwhelmingly giving an advantage to one candidate over the other, is very solid evidence that these irregularities are not accidental, and not random, that they are intentionally being crafted to give that advantage to one candidate. They are evidence of cheating.

Why do you idiots keep saying this when the charges are just now being filed?
