It should be a good trial where they describe all of the schemes and show where they occurred and how they add up. I'm thinking that the Biden Campaign went so far as to plant some fraudulent ballots for Trump in Red states that were described before the election as being apt to go Blue, like Texas.

The judge can sit on a bench and express an opinion, but judges are not enforcers, and it's not the judge's position to enforce the opinion of the court.
