Republicans have said, they would vote for Vladimir Putin to keep Biden out of office.
The question, should Vladimir Putin be allowed on the republican presidential primary ballot? And if not, who has to take his name off the state ballots? The secretary of state? The states top court? The US Supreme Court? Who has the authority to remove Putin from the ballot?

Another dingbat thread?...

Too bad we don't have a retard forum, this would be perfect for it.

Was he born in America? If not, than no he should not be allowed to run anymore than I or creepy Donald H and his cult members could.

Idiot, why do you think Putin would be constitutionally eligible to run for president???

Did you even make it to the 6th grade???
I know he isn't constitutionally eligible. But who can legally make that call?

Does it have to go to the US Supreme Court first? Due process and all.
Or does Congress have to make the call?

Remember, in a partisan primary, the parties are allowed to pick anyone they choose. The parties set the rules, and there is no requirement they be eligible for the office.
That's a question for the general election.

Anyone? If Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows removed Vladimir Putin from the states ballot for president, would you be arguing she doesn't have that power?

This is brilliant, meaner gene. We have already seen some of it with Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks, who had his forms to run for President rejected by a state (Arkansas) because he is Constitutionally ineligible, as he was born in Türkiye. In that case, it was the Secretary of State. Just like in Maine.

It's not a stupid question. Without election theft Putin would beat your stuttering fuck by 30.

And he's foreign-born, like your muzzie faggot.

He probably speaks better English than that stammering shit clown with the 1000-yard fucktard stare. :laughing0301:

No need to remove him from the ballot. He's perfect!

I'm loving this!

I haven't heard any Republicans say that...who said it?

Goofy thread. Not unlike a blind person applying for a driver's license. They're not qualified to get one, so no process is needed to remove their license.
And in that case, the bearer of bad news is the person behind the glass at the DMV? Or does it go higher? The Clerk of Court? Who?
