Should Trump go to jail for mishandling classified information?

Trump should be indicted for being in unlawful possession of military intelligence and national security documents – whether de-classified or not.

There’s also evidence of Trump obstructing justice.

And now there’s evidence that military intelligence and national security documents have been lost, destroyed, or taken.

Should Trump be found guilty of all or some of the above in a court of law – having been afforded comprehensive due process – he should be imprisoned in accordance with the law.

There is no documentation. Only a statement from Trump. Which Patel only has knowledge of since 2021. They need to ask Mark Meadows if he knew the Trump policy. Or since many were FBI documents, ask Christopher Wray if he knew of the policy.

I am not certain Trump will go to jail for this, I think he will be charged, but plea deals will likely be offered, UNLESS he continues to not cooperate, or promote violence, or the counter intelligence investigation finds he willfully gave away, or through his gross negligence, gave foreign or domestic enemies access to the National Security at risk, documents....
