You bust your ass and finally save up enough to own your own business. It took much effort, with many losses and suffering less food just to save up enough to do it. Then, some schmucks decide they are pissed off at someone else..or even you if you dared try to stop a thief, and burn your business down. It's gone. Destroyed. Because some asshole decided you should pay the price of whatever peeved him or her off.

So you bet your ass they should be shot. To kill? Depends. But yes, shoot them. Whatever it takes for the assholes to get the message that looting and then destroying is not going to be accepted by a community, or the owners of those businesses. If it takes a few deaths..so be it.

Law enforcement should arrest looters and curfew breakers. Property owners on their property should shoot looters on sight.

Having read posts from several USMB members suggesting that those who break curfew or are caught looting ought to be shot on sight, I think it is a discussion worth having.

Do you believe that law enforcement officers should have the authority to shoot people seen after curfew.....or seen looting?

If so......what do you think is the end game? What do you think would result?

If not......how should looters and curfew breakers be dealt with?

No they should not be able to shoot on sight. If they are simply breaking curfew they should be warned to comply with the curfew. If they resist they should be dealt with accordingly.

If they are looting, well that's a harder call to make. I am not sure I am ready to say the cops should just open up on them, but I can tell you if I own a business and people are looting it, They will get one verbal warning and then I would shoot them. Period.

Of course, shooting on sight is out of the question. But many who are causing the major disturbances in Ferguson are not actually from Ferguson and are there to loot and steal. The curfew should be enforced with arrests.

What you're seeing in Ferguson, is the inevitable result of socialism; which is to say that the rioting and looting is the product of socialism. What you're seeing are symptoms which presents as a result of the infection of the US culture of foreign ideas that are hostile to American principle.

This species of reasoning, is akin to an Operating System for a computer. We call the Leftist system: Left-think.

Left-think reduces the individual who is infected with it, to a sub-human capacity; suffering a stark inability to reason soundly, thus they are all, a clear and present threat to the very viability of whatever culture they infect.

Now, when your body is infected... does your physician debate with the organism that is threatening your well being? Or does he kill it, with as little risk to the viability of the body as possible, but at the end of the day, the body cannot be sustained as long as the infection persist.
