Very few walk-ons in pro basketball. Most come through high school and college basketball programs.

The overwhelming majority of pro players are white and will continue to be so for years to come.

Whites are hired because they can easily articulate the Enlish language…they can say ask and axe…they have people and communication skills…they don’t leave combs stuck in their hair…they wear their pants at waist level…they show up to work on time everyday and follow simple instructions.
