Part of the genius of how the Founders designed our country's government is the concept of separation of powers:

"Separation of powers is a doctrine of constitutional law under which the three branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) are kept separate. This is also known as the system of checks and balances, because each branch is given certain powers so as to check and balance the other branches."

It is clear that the Democrats want to undo what the Founders intended as they have taken over the Judicial branch of government. That is one of the reasons why our government is currently so screwed up. Just like a three legged bar stool with two of the legs too close together, the bar stool is no longer stable. There, I can't make it any simpler for Democrat supporters to understand. Just think of a bar stool and you falling off of it because two of the legs are too close together. Do you get it now?

Michels's theory states that all complex organizations, regardless of how democratic they are when started, eventually develop into oligarchies. Michels stated that the official goal of representative democracy of eliminating elite rule was impossible, that representative democracy is a façade legitimizing the rule of a particular elite, and that elite rule, which he refers to as oligarchy, is inevitable.

This is because the separation of the three branches does nothing to regulate the obvious goal to populate the three processes of law with politically aligned personnel.

The organization of the American government is an experiment. There is nothing in the Three-part Separation Theory that ensures that the checks and balances corollary works.

We need new charters at all three levels of government with a more reliable system of checks and balances. Our teachings about the checks and balances is flawed, because it would be absurd to suggest that the checks and balances are flawed if the proponent cannot describe a better system.

Except republican appointed judges control the judicial branch (both Supreme and appeals courts.)

Bullshit. What was clear is that trump did not separate himself from the DOJ. There was no check on trump when republicans had both houses and the republican majority in the senate allow trump to go unpunished for violations,

So, what's your solution???

The Democratic Party controls the Judicial branch?

The Supreme Court is part of what branch of govt? The Supreme COurt which has a majority of Republican-leaning justices appointed has been taken over by the Democrats.

Can the Supreme Court order the FBI, CIA, NSA to do the bidding of the Democratic Party? NO. Can the Supreme Court run the Fast and Furious Program sending weapons to the drug cartels? NO. But the head of the Department of Justice can and does when he works for a Democratic President.

The CIA is not part of the judicial system.
The Judiciary is made up of courts -- Supreme, Circuit, the magistrate (local) and municipal (city) courts.

The office of president has become so powerful solely because republican presidents always, always push the limits of power. We only ever hear them bitch about it when democratic presidents use those expanded powers. Then there is the oversight powers of congress that get treated as if they do not exist when republican presidents are in power. Subpoenas go unanswered, administration officials openly mock congress for attempting to exercise their constitutional authority. If you really want to restore separation of powers you have to accept the limits it puts on your own people when they invariably try to rule by decree.

You're full of human fecal matter.

No he wasn't. He was in charge of government departments. He took heat from congress because he was violating the constitution.
