Senate Version Of Trump Tax Bill Adds $3.3 Trillion To Deficit, $500BN More Than The House; Debt Ceiling Raised By $5 Trillion

“The One Big Beautiful Bill Act delivers what Americans have long demanded: the beginning of a return to common sense, to accountability, and to a government that serves the people, not the other way around,” Kevin Roberts, president of Heritage Action, said in a statement.

The legislation, which has been extensively worked on by Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., is a major step in codifying President Donald Trump’s agenda on border security, tax cuts, eliminating government waste, and rebuilding America’s defense.

100 bad things & a few good things.

RINO's are retarded (and corrupt)

In December, we were told that the CR needed to be passed to give them time to make huge spending cuts in March. March came and we got the same excuses.

No more excuses. Trump flat out lied. So did Johnson. The only ones that held true to all of this are the ones that Trump is attacking now. Rand, Massie and a few other republicans.

Those are the ones you should be supporting. Not these MF's who are lying and spending us into bankruptcy.

Rand and others put out a waste book for decades AFTER it passes thru. Nothing ever got stopped. Gee thanks Rand.

At least now its beginning to stop. It could be worse all Uniparty only DEM way. You have to start somewhere. DOGE is still at it. I dont know? Maybe it will get better? Doing nothing is not the answer. Can Trump force 535 to act? On single bills like you say? Or is this it?

When the RINO's outnumber the fiscal conservatives by 90%, how much can a fiscal conservative actually get done?
The question that republicans with any since of fiscal responsibility should be asking is how TF are there so many big spending Republicans? And why are they so against an FC who's only trying to do what Trump promised to do?

That's the frustrating part. Guys like Massie and Paul have been trying to do what Trump promised to do, for over a decade now. So why are they getting bashed by republicans who promised those same things?

Answer: Because the RINO's are just as much liars as the left is. And they greatly outnumber FC's.

What’s the common sense in adding trillions to the deficit?

Or they could negotiate with Dems.

Do you want the filibuster to end?

The left, when they have a small majority, don't negotiate anything, because they don't have to. They have the majority.
But when the GOP has the majority, suddenly they have to negotiate?

They don't have to. But they're weak and corrupt. So they give the left almost everything they want.

I'm sick of the GOP being so damn weak. And I'm even more sick of the RINO's attacking the fiscal conservatives who are only trying to do what the RINO's promised to do.

No easy answer. It Take decades to clean Congress. Then you get TomCollins murkey turkey mittens JeffFlakey in the new batch under New names. I don't know what to do other than begin executions one by one + the dirty media. Friday night prime time TV executions. Ten at a time. Maybe they begin to stop stealing?

That’s silly. Dems passed a number of bipartisan bills in the 2021-2022 session.

Yeah because they kill any out of line. See MINN or the Clinton list. Or no reelection for those who stray.

They're primarying Chip Roy, Thomas Massie and Rand Paul. The 3 most fiscally conservative members of congress.
Just like they did Justin Amash, who at the time, was THE most fiscally conservative member of congress.

He ran for senate this last election. But the GOP nominated someone who LOVES FISA 702, (warrantless spying on Americans), just because he was a Trump supporter.

Yet another example of how similar both criminal gangs are. Both support massive deficit spending, along with nearly all other major issues facing the country. Somehow duopoly dupes on both sides can’t see it.
IF you can't see the difference, you don't want to. One side has consistently proposed a way to erase the deficit. Just less than 30 years ago, there was a president who had us moving towards surpluses, and instead of electing his VP, who would have continued the plan, Americans put in George W. Bush. Obama was reducing the deficits, BUT instead of electing a person who saw a president who created projected surpluses, and wh would have been her top advisor on the economy, people voted for Trump. This time last year, we had a president creating a record economy, and was working towards erasing the deficit, instead of electing his VP to continue the plan, people put Trump back in.

We have had plenty of chances to end deficits and deficit spending. And deficits are about not having enough revenue to cover the services that are needed. Maybe if we increased the minimum wage to a living wage, there would be fewer people needing government assistance. One side has proposed this, and you talk about a duopoly. We have lost 51 trillion in the past 35 years due to racism. One side has fought to stop that racism, while the other denigrates that effort, calling it identity politics and anti white racism, but you see a duopoly. One side has proposed a tax for the very richest that is proportional to their earnings, just like everybody else pays, which would increase revenues and reduce deficits. The other side has called that socialism, but you see a duopoly. So when you start talking all that duopoly mess, you show that you really haven't paid much attention.
