I've worked in restaurants and often you find that the people working there are just not good at anything. They struggle to do their simple restaurant tasks properly, they're better off being put on UBI and they can just be needs and wants for the rest of their lives.

Sadly there are some folks like that.

If the state didn't impose minimum wage, they would find folks that want to work.

If the state didn't impose a minimum wage they would be working for scraps out of the bins.

I do not agree. Promoting good workers is what is lacking. Wages that do not provide enough to live on just makes black jobs, and crime worth having.

The auto mat idea may work well in places like drug stores and convenience stores. No shop lifting would happen.

A lot of people who work jobs with poor wages are like that. Otherwise they'd have ended up in better jobs.
