Comey hates Trump because Trump caught him discussing the Clinton emails outside the traditional role of the Director of the FBI. Along with that, Comey's insistence of investigating Trump for a fake conspiracy story about a conspiracy between Russia and Trump.

Even Mueller, who looked into the situation, could not find any attempt to obstruct justice by firing Comey, he could not make a definitive legal judgement, probably because all the supposed 'evidence' was without merit and faked.

Well, I won't dismiss both my shock and disappointment that the DOJ can find no more solid case to build against Comey than a picture of some seashells! I can't imagine this case ending up anything but being laughed out of court, so, just a total waste of everyone's time and money,

But yeah, basically, when you "86" something, you are basically calling for the item to be completely thrown out, aborted, started over 100% from scratch.
