Second year above 1.5c is looking possible

At present, China produces double the amount of CO2 as the US. However, they have 3 times the population. But they also lead in installing renewable energy. In fact, they are way ahead of their own goals, right now at the level they set for 2030. And as far as the net amount of CO2 that nations have produced since the industrial revolution, no one can compete with the US.

Yes, China needs to reduce the amount of CO2 they produce. However, they are actually making real strides in that direction. In the meantime, we have a doddering senile old fool for a President, that being Trump, and are going the other way.

So basically the whole "Manmade CO2 is killing the planet" hysteria is gibberish and propaganda to drive down every economy except for China

Thank you for clearing that up

And you poor retards simply cannot read a simple graph and the information associated with it.

The Version 6.1 global average lower tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly for April, 2025 was +0.61 deg. C departure from the 1991-2020 mean, up a little from the March, 2025 anomaly of +0.57 deg. C.

You are trying to gaslight something no one here is disputing that is how pathetic you are, everyone knows there is some warming going on and has been since 1979.

Only a stupid retard like you would try making bogus arguments.

Meanwhile you are ignoring post #65 gee I wonder why......., Snicker.

That's makes their CO2 less dangerous than our CO2, right?

But they also lead in installing renewable energy.

That will mean something when they release less CO2 than us, instead of double.

The icecaps will melt, killing every human on Earth; but it's a small price to pay so the China can continue building their military

And you are so wrong. Here is the reality of what is happening and has happened over the last 10,000 years;

1] Would you please explain how obliquity effects average Earth surface temperatures? ... what gain in summer is lost in winter, the annual average temperature would be the same ...

2] When calculating the effect of eccentricity, what value are you using for the orbit's semi-major axis and what is the difference in distance ...

... and show your math ...

Not to mention that orbital changes are gradual while glaciation and deglaciation events are abrupt.

LOL Once again proving your willful ignorance. The warming has been going on since the start of the industrial revolution. When, by the Milankovitch Cycles, we should be gradually cooling.

That's not how it works.

Al Gore lied to you.

Fact = Carbon Dioxide is not the control knob for the Earth's temperature.
Dumb-de-dumb dumb. Yes, CO2 is the biggest control knob in Earth's climate. And that is not Al Gore talking, but a world class scientist.

UK Hadley CRU are proven fraudsters, you low IQ easily brainwashed Global Warming Doomsday Cult dupe.
Now that is damned funny. The fellow running that is Dr. Roy Spencer, and he has been a denialist for a long time. But his own graphs are showing that he has been wrong for a long time.

You dipshit, that is impossible. Look around you, most everything in your life around you depends on fossil fuels in order to make. Starting about 100 years ago and exponentially over about the last 60-70 years, products made from fossil fuel has replaced most everything or depends on fossil fuel to make. To eliminate fossil fuel, you would have to move back to the 1920s, in some ways maybe the 1850s.

And those limited few other things which could be developed other ways not using fossil fuel would be much more expensive and damaging to the environment through their removal.
  • Most everything made today is made of plastic - fossil fuel.
  • Adhesives and glues - fossil fuel.
  • Pharmaceuticals and cosmetics - fossil fuels.
  • Fuels, lubricants and rubbers - fossil fuel.
  • Detergents, solvents and cleaners - fossil fuels.
  • Fertilizers and pesticides - fossil fuels.
  • Upholsteries, carpets and fabrics - fossil fuels.
  • Drugs, deodorants and perfumes - fossil fuels.
You would lose probably 90% of all that without fossil fuel. Probably 80-90% of our appliances and products all around us would be difficult or near impossible to make without fossil fuels.

Fossil fuel is the wonder product which literally made the 20th century possible. Let me know when you are ready to move back to the 1890s, give up all modern life, technology and convenience, healthcare, and live primitively at a far higher cost.
Climate change is caused by the combustion of fossil fuels not making plastics, health care etc. This CC thing is not difficult to understand. Try!

Well, that certainly explains the climate change of the past 25 years which is only 0.0000000055% of the history of climate change going on with the Earth.

Now if only you could explain why we still had climate change the other 99.999999994% of the history of the Earth long before man started burning fossil fuels! :auiqs.jpg:
