Second amendment, should felons be allowed to own guns?

I have pics of you sleeping

LMAO!! Your lies are, at least, entertaining.

I think the question is whether or not the felony conviction was for violent crimes.

Multiple violent felonies would show you should not be allowed to own a modern firearm.
Why Not what the constitution says

According to the US Supreme Court, the rights guaranteed by the US Constitution can still be regulated.
You support them? I Lynched a nicca in roslindale tonight, I followed him, he talked shit, I took him
Out,, what do you gotta say?

I simply stated a fact. And it has been upheld from multiple US Supreme Court decisions, from the act that restricted automatic weapons in the 1930s, through the Gun Control Act of 1968. And the 1st amendment has seen restrictions too. Such as laws against inciting to riot ect.

As for your claims of lynching someone? What do I have to say? I'd say it was just like your claim that you have been trained to hold an M230 chaingun in each hand and fire them at the same time. Or that you have a special federal permit to carry weapons most people can't own. I'd say it is bullshit.

Jitler, I see that you reacted with the laughing icon. I agree. Your claims have been good for laughs.
Your anti Frontier justice is funny

"anti Frontier justice"? lol Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
If you had to go drop into Afghanistan and you had 2 side arms to chose, which one?

Either a sig 226 or a 1911 single stack. Those are your choices.

Decisions I have to make
I chose to carry a few more mags for my M14 the first time, and my M4 on the rest of my vacations there. They seemed to be more useful, IMO.

When I was in the Navy, the armory still had the M14. I liked it. More range and fire power.
Love that rifle, still got an M1A of my own.

Humping those steel mags full of 7.62 up and down mountains in Afghanistan was no joke though.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to carry the mags, or even the rifle, for long distances.

I have a Springfield M1A. It is a sweet rifle. Accurate as I can take advantage of and hits hard at long ranges.

Funny story, Jitsie tried to mock my M1A saying he would let his 10 year old nephew shoot it, but that it wasn't good enough for him. lol
I got the SOCOM.

The SOCOM is a great rifle. I have looked at the Scout Squad rifle and really like it. I have the Springfield M1A Loaded. It will do me for now.
I actually got that rifle when they first came out, and I probably should have gotten the Scout Squad, but I wanted to be the first guy with the new one for a change. And I had gotten sick of going through doors with a full-size M14, so I was looking for something shorter. I actually bought it over the phone from Iraq, I was there in 2004, (we did back to back deployments), and I gave the gun shop my credit card number and had them hold it for me. In retrospect, it's a good thing I lived or that gun shop would have gotten to keep my money and the rifle.

Yes
depends on the offense. if you were convicted of a violent crime, then no, you shouldn't be allowed to ever own a firearm.

other than that - if you paid yer dues & are no longer on probation/parole, then full rights should be restored.
I know a guy that was in a basketball game, his teammate got shoved, it was a all out brawl, he was getting hit, he swung and knocked a guy out, broke his jaw, judge put him in jail, he’s out now, does he have the right to own a gun? He lives in a dangerous neon.
So he got convicted of a violent crime right?
yes he punched a guy in the face in a brawl at a basketball game
When you become a convict you give up the right to own a gun. Consequences.
Well , it used to be if you became a FELON you gave up your right to vote. But since liberals love their criminals, they now allow many to vote because the liberals say if they have done their time, they should get to vote again. If that is the way, then they should have all rights restored, not selective rights as you assholes want...
If the government didn't constantly overstep it's authority and do shit it was never granted the power to do, would anyone care if felons voted?
Would it matter?
The reason why the framers made it where if you infringed upon someone else's rights, then you lost many of your rights. But that damn liberal compassion started letting murderers and rapists out on weekend pass now it is because of some Disease. Let the fuckers get infected and if they die, use them for science when you do the autopsy.

to the original question: there is not a lot of gray area here. If one believes in the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment, as strongly as is often proclaimed, , then, yes, felons should be able to acquire any firearm they so desire. as should the insane. As should those who profess support for Sharia law. And so on, and so on.

Yes I belong to this security group I can carry over there but not on my own land. Stupid
What company?
Academi
I know a guy who works for them, he was in the 82d and the 101st with me. Pretty sure they ain't hiring felons, even for overseas work.

I would think not. Who would give a security clearance to a convicted felon? Especially one without any military training or background.

I don't know today but when I had my FFL a "felon" could get a "go" for a firearm from a judge who would look at the crimes and sign certain ones off. Fraudsters, dope possession,car-bike theft, general scammers.Non-violent background or guys who were 40 .....and fucked up when they were 20, "could" get a pass to get a gun to hunt or whatever back in those days. It took a while.I want to say the same sign-off got them back the right to vote too but that was too long ago for details.

I’m in the city which is over oppressive, my schools were overrun with illegal immigrants and refugees that added no value to my culture. I fell behind the lines made some mistakes should I be allowed to own a gun to protect my self a family?
If you lost your right to vote, you lost your right to own a gun.
Then have your wife buy one, Problem solved

I'm pretty sure you can still get a judge to restore your ability to own a firearm. A guy I worked with some years ago did it.

But if you have, as Jitsie claims he does, multiple felonies for violent behavior, I doubt a judge would sign off on it.

Why not try and show the evidence of being anti-Constitution, anti-2nd amendment or anti-1st amendment first?

The most you have where Trump is concerned is my refusal to answer your question. Not exactly proof, now is it?
