Scientism and other related atheist philosophies (positivism, materialism, reductionism) make science impossible.

If there were no God we would expect to see an unsightly, chaotic, random mess of a universe. How could science proceed in such a radically disordered environment?

Quote: All of modern science rests in the belief that rational laws exist in the universe.

Quote: “math itself points towards a design and order in the world as a kind of natural theology that we can just reflect upon the world and see it's not chaotic, but that there's purpose and design built into the way that things are...”

I believe in a God that created the universe but I've never really felt a need to attack scientists. They've done some pretty good things. As well as bad but so has the natural world.

Why?

How could science proceed in such a radically disordered environment?

How could it not?

Science is great! The philosophy of atheist reductionism is not so hot.

Without a designer how could you expect design?

What design?

That is exactly what we see!!!!1
Everything in the universe eventually collides with something else in the universe!

Scientists Baffled by Laws of Nature

Which scientists? Be specific.

So god is good at math? Well, then, one could hardly expect me too pass advance physics, then.

When we view celestial bodies we mostly see spheres revolving around other spheres.

Not the sort of mess we’d expect to see if there were no God.

I didn't see any of them mentioned in the article who said they were "baffled by the laws of nature".

You have a quote?
