Schumer Shutdown Question

Everything depends on the mid-term elections

If democrats win back congress the MAGA revolution is finished

But at this point the election could go either way

They already have Congress with the murky tomcollins twins and about 10 others.

There are no DOGE savings. What bank account is this money deposited in? I think we should have a robust debate on that $235B subsidy AFTER the DEMs shit and get off the pot for their opposition to the CR and drop their claims they want $1,5 trillion in additional spending.

So why haven't you figured out the plan that will have bipartisan support, or will the DEMS oppose anything because Trump is still in office?

By the time 60 days is over, there may be nothing left but the shouting and he can pull our forces out. I doubt the War Powers Act would even apply as he is operating under a previous authorization for the use of military force against terrorism. That is why he designated the cartels as terrorist organizations. Beyond that I agree, and I think Congress will authorize it.

They found over $200B in savings. They had depth heads implement a lot if it where possible. The deficit would be higher without DOGE and spending at Congress-Obiden levels.

We shall see going forward if the reductions overall are allowed to play out.
