San Francisco business owner arrested for doing the government’s job

Rights?
What about the RIGHTS of the business owner to have a clean and obstruction free place to do business so that his family can enjoy THEIR rights to pay for their food and shelter......AND btw..they are indirectly paying to support the homeless person blocking their sidewalk.

Get over yourself. You are a leech on society. A non contributor that knows nothing of reality.
The sidewalk is a public space. The person has a right to be on public space.

The business owner does not have a right to determine who gets to be on the sidewalk by their store.

Or do you think we can start spraying down protestors outside Planned Parenthood?

How do you earn a living?
Or are you a full time government tit licker ?
It appears you have no idea of reality whatsoever.

Lets say you live off of welfare checks and EBT cards or some other government assistance.
Let's say homeless people decide to completely block your mailbox so that you have no way to get mail.
And your drive or sidewalks so that you cannot leave and get groceries or have them delivered.
Let's say the post office begins simply refusing your mail as it arrives and returns all your checks etc to sender.

I'd give you one day before you begin shooting those homeless people in your rage and anger.
But remember....they HAVE THE RIGHT TO BLOCK EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT'S ON PUBLIC LAND....SO YOU SAY.

Which is actually a false premise. it's called LOITERING and is unlawful across the nation.
I have little doubt you also defend looters as a legitimate "transfer of wealth".

People like me who respect the rights of other people?

God forbid we do something like that.

Since when did conservatives abandon the idea that people have rights?
She does not have the right to ruin his business

And that is what street bums are doing in LA, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland and other liberal cities

It's on the government to prevent us from needing to do it. If they won't do their job, they break their part of the governmental compact.
You aint gonna do shit but complain online like a bitch...

Because the minute someone does what you are so gleefully calling for -- you will distance yourself and claim the person was Antifa or the Deep State

Hosing a homeless person with water isn't firebombing a police SUV.

By driving away customers

She sits there babbling loudly and incoherently
What law is she violating?

Conservatives do it outside planned parenthood all the time. Can we start turning hoses on them?

The people outside planned parenthood are there to drive people away. That’s their entire purpose.

Can we start spraying them down?
You sure are bitter

I have no doubt if biden declared open season on the pro life activists you would hose them down or worse

By your logic, we could.

But we don’t, because we understand that rights are extended to people who we don’t like.

That’s the hard part about having a constitutional republic. It’s the part you don’t understand.
