The history of this woe is that this woman has been living in his doorway for quite sometime. She obstructs the business owners clientele from entering his business. I am so glad you said that Skippy. Solid blue WA, thirty miles from the solid red ID border with two comparable towns Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. Spokane and WA spend the majority of their gov't meetings and legislation dealing with homeless funding and social programs and the accompanying drugs, mental, and crime problems. The populace is taxed fairly high and the schools are not fully funded. They build shelters and food banks and soup kitchens and still they are inundated with the problem and all the trash that comes with it. CDA on the other hand has a booming economy, low unemployment and low to non-existent homeless problem. Now you tell me which policies seem to be most effective.

You've never been to Spokane. The metropolitan area is Spokane. They provide workers to outlying areas not vice versa. You've also never been to CDA, it is far from podunk--thats a southern term, eh? You are clearly mistaken--my greatest desire is for you and everyone else to forget that this corner of the world exists. I like my relatively sparsely populated part of the world. It sucks here. Bitter cold. Eight weeks of summer. Terrible forest fires. Ice and snow ten months out of the year. Pot holes everywhere. Volcanoes that erupt now and again. This place is terrible. Don't come here.
