I noticed where they would be carrying freight as well as passengers. Passenger interest may wane. Freight will always need to be moved.

As e-commerce takes root and you start buying your cheerios through Amazon…getting them from the warehouse to the residence is the only other obstacle to overcome. Once mechanisms like this are in play…your deliveries will be more predictable and your confidence in placing the next order grows. Maybe you want this thing you saw called Mueslix or Skyline chili instead of what you can find at your local place. No problem…they can have it at your door tomorrow to serve on Monday.

Forget it, innovation has sputtered out in civilization. When my grandparents were born they didn't have electricity, phone, and took horse drawn wagons to the West. Airplanes weren't even dreamed of yet. Some then ended up living to watch men walk on the moon. Infant mortality plummeted in that period and medical science as a whole skyrocketed.

Since 1970 what have we done? Cell phones we text stupid stuff with and Internet we play Facebook meme posts.
