If you taxed the bottom half at 100% of their income.. we’d still have a deficit.

If you raised taxes on the top half by only 10% we’d have NO DEFICIT.

The problem is the top half is NOT paying enough..

This is pointless. You dont understand the definition of fair. The top half have 10Xs the bottom half. That is income. It makes no difference what you tax the bottom dipshit. There is not money there. If you taxed them at 100% you'd get 2.5T. The fcking budget is $6T. If you taxed the top at 26% we'd balance the budget and the bottom half could live on their measly money.

Its always people like you.. broke fcks who thing they will make it big like me and worry that they will have to pay taxes. News flash dipshit: People like me are unaffected by the tax rate because we make enough money that it doesnt matter.

I'd cut defense spending by 70% tomorrow. I'd cut ALL business subsidies tomorrow. Then I'd tax corporations and investment income THE SAME as normal income... "Fair" is fair.. right?

This OP poster uses simple minded ideas. Actually his ideas are classic Democrat.
We have two major problems. Annually massive spending. Some of is still ours thanks to Obama. Some is due to Biden. Trump is saddled with a congress that the democrats shut downt he Government two times for a very long tgime aach time. So Trump can't wave a magic wand and slash taxes or cure deficits.

I have for a long many years lobbied posters to kill income taxes and change to sales taxes being taxed. I will cite some advantages.
1.No longer telling the feds what your income is. Facing prosecution if you resist.
2. Sales taxes do not require any explanation, to anybody.
3, It incentivizes the feds to pay bills on time and when the economy grows, sales also grow, also taxed.
4. All taxable items will level the playing field.
