Retarded cuss filtering

Cuss filters, yay or nay?

Or unlike other conservatives, they are people of principle.

Trump ran on the rejection of neocon wars in the Middle East.

Something a lot of people - even some who weren't Republicans - agreed with.

And then Bibi gave him his marching orders, and we are in a war that he can't really justify.

If MAGA wasn't such a cult, Frank and Skye wouldn't be the only ones objecting.
No, you absolute dipshit. They've been hacked.
Brah, you fell out the top of a stupid tree and it smacked your face on every single branch on the way down and I guess it cushioned your fall. :rolleyes-41:

I'm sure if they've been hacked, the Mods would have noticed and done something about it.

So by your logic, what did the hacker do with the real Frank? Does the Real Frank know what Hacker Frank is doing with his account, and is doing nothing about it?

Does Hacker Frank have Real Frank tied up in his basement?

Are you really? How much money would you put on how sure you are? :rolleyes-41:

It's called guessing passwords, dumbass. I'm very good at it.
One of us knows the 10 most common passwords, and it's not you.
Frank and skye are locked out of their accounts no doubt. I bet the hacker changed their passwords.

Can I still say snatch, beaver, coochie, muff, cooter, poon, or hoo-ha?

Hey, looks like I can!

I'm good.

I don't like the cuss filters. It feels like an attempt at policing speech. I prefer to see people's raw, unfiltered reactions and debates. It is more fun that way. Just me though.

Policed speech is suppressed speech.

Here are some filthy Chaucer words you might be able to get away with.

  • Ers / Erse: Arse / Behind.
  • Pisse: Urine / To urinate.
  • Toordis: Turds / Excrement.
  • Swyve: A verb for having sex (similar to "screw" or "shag").
  • Queynte: A complex, witty, and pun-filled term for female genitalia.
  • Harlotrie: Filthy stories, bawdy tales, or obscenity.
  • Bremel-straw / Bene-straw: Bean-straw (metaphor for something worthless, flimsy, or trivial).
Example of "Vulgar" Chaucerian Phrasing
  • Instead of: "She went to the bathroom."
  • Chaucerian Vulgar: "She wente to pisse."
  • Instead of: "He was very rude."
  • Chaucerian Vulgar: "He was ful of harlotrie."
Don’t forget, this is the language of the common folk. Do not use euphemisms. Call a spade a spade.

But you do that anyway, don’t you? :p

Provide a link to anyone who has said any of those things on these boards….
Stinkwarrior, for one. Look at my siggie. That was him responding to someone.

Little shit is still here.

It bugs me that they won’t even engage in discussion on the issue

I don’t respect people who won’t engage in debate to defend their beliefs/actions

If you walk into someone elses home and they want you to take your shoes off, do you expect them to engage in a debate with you about it and to provide an explanation to you defending their house rule?

Basically what you're saying when you say that you don’t respect people who won’t engage in debate to defend their beliefs/actions in the cntext of the particular gripe here is that you don't respect private property rights.

Now, I'd like to think that you don't really hold that view but your thought here indicates otherwise.

There's no such thing as a right to free speech on a privately owned web site.

Seems like there's a whole lot of the entitlement mindset going on in this thread, if you ask me.

I’ve said earlier in this thread that it’s not a violation of free speech, since the owners of the board are free to make their own rules

I just dislike how they refuse to even give a reason. They declared it in a “thread” that they immediately locked

Well, just out of curiosity, and given that you're saying that you agree that the owners are free to make their own rules, why do you expect that they provide a reason for exercising their right to make their own rules?

Because I believe in argument and debate. All rules have reasons and justifications

The internet is literally filled with swearing. To censor the f-word is silly, arbitrary and, frankly, a little prissy

Well that's a bit of a collectivist way of reasoning, and I still maintain that it's entitlement minded logic, but whatever. Thanks for answering my question anyway.

Right, I just noticed it this morning, you're not even allowed to say f*** anymore, wtf?

The censoring is getting out of hand, I get it's being done upstairs for the "civilized" people but to do it in the badlands and flame zone too is ridiculous. So I saw the results and I voted too, to sum it up..

5 pages into the thread, and still no one has said why the filters were placed in the first place

In pms too. I tested it with all asterisks and it edited the amount and sequence. Deep cleavage pics to Jantje are out too! Lol

wow, you are a paranoid loon, aren't you?

Before Trump broke his word, both Frank and Skye were pretty vocal on their opposition to ME wars.

Their opposition to them now (while still supporting Cheeto Hitler on other issues) isn't a big surprise.
