More than 10 percent of eligible voters do not have a valid photo ID. As for voter fraud. Every election cycle there are literally thousands of people on both side of the aisle trying to find voter fraud. Entire commissions have been established to find it. It is rare, everybody knows it's rare.

The fact of the matter is that the GOP historically benefits from a low voter turnout and any and all things that can be done to keep that turnout low, is being done by the GOP. Past, present and undoubtedly future.
