Republicans - Will You Watch the DNC?

I will watch. Well, I WANT to watch.
If you can really listen and shut out the delivery and "spin" you can learn a lot.

I'll skip the finger puppet show and Vegan bake-off, but will catch the main howlings and rantings and the fun that just may develop outside the hall, if that's available.

People will listen to pick it apart
People will listen to get jacked up

The people that won't/don't listen either don't care or have tunnel vision - I think every candidate should have a voice, but, in order to have a voice, you have to yell loudly......

Most likely, Clinton will win, and, nothing changes, the country continues into a liberal downward spiral....
If by some miracle, Trump wins, most likely radical changes and turmoil.....

If you think the US is in great shape and getting better, you vote Clinton
If you think the US is going down the tubes and needs some kind of change, you vote Trump and pray

Frankly, I think the TV media owes us at least two nights of a Libertarian Convention.
Libertarians are anti capital punishment.

Without capital punishment murder then becomes a free meal ticket with room and board for life.

I listen to npr on the way and back from work.

they spent more time talking around the rnc convention than about what was going on in the convention.

I love America and I feel that BHO has done the best job possible with the crap he inherited from W.

I would have gladly voted for Christie, Kasich, Jeb, or Marco in that order. But the Casino Pirate hijacked the GOP and threw them all under the bus.

So yes, there is no choice left other than voting for Hillary.

She was not even in my top 10 but now she is #1.

We won't get to hear Hillary all the time. There will be other luminaries first.

This will be like a parade of giants.

Unlike the GOP nobody is all pissed off at the front runner like they were against Trump The Chump.

Then only at the end will we get to see and hear Hillary and the Nation will be riveted.

Every woman in the Country will be glued to the tv.

Every Latino.

Every Negro.

Every gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender.

Half of the GOP.

Everyone in the GOP that skipped Cleveland.

Every Democrat.

Every Independent.

Should be like a Superbowl.

Hillary already knows it. That's why she looks so happy and content now. She is even beaming like a homecoming queen before the prom.

Third term for the incumbent party happens only under the following conditions:

1, The previous two terms brought results, worth repeating and extending.
2, The candidate for the incumbent party is honest, smart and likeable.
3 The candidate for the challenging party is inferior in every respect to the candidate of the incumbent party.

Clearly, those conditions do not exist now.

Last time they existed was when G.H.W. Bush succeeded Ronald Reagan.

To paraphrase Lloyd Bentsen: "I knew G.H.W. Bush. He was my friend. Secretary Clinton. you ain't no G.H.W. Bush".

And, of course, Obama is no Ronald Reagan..
